Magis needed three video and a series of supporting visual assets to help customers navigate a major brand transition, from its new name and visual identity,
to changes in bills, documents and everyday communications.

The audience shaped every creative decision.

The tone, storytelling and visual language were designed to be clear, direct and accessible to a wide and diverse audience.

From the rhythm of the edit to the voice-over performance, every element was crafted to communicate with clarity.

The design strikes a balance between sophistication and accessibility.
Refined without being overly experimental, it was created to communicate clearly with a broad and diverse audience.

The production was very tight, the 2D digital character animation was made entirely in stop-motion with Toon Boom Harmony, all the backgrounds were created in Adobe Photoshop, and motion and compositing within Adobe After Effects.

The films, illustrations and supporting visual assets accompanied the brand throughout its transition.

Released across social media, newsletters and dedicated customer communications, they helped deliver every update with clarity, consistency and confidence.
